As an individual living in modern times, we have to make multiple choices in a jiffy – just like that. Red over black. hybrid over fuel, chicken over beef. The number of choices we make in a day can be vast. In some instances preference takes precedence, while some choices are purely spur of the moment and can differ depending on your mood.

There is however one everyday choice – that of a morning beverage – which sets the mood for the rest of the day. Many people stick to the traditional cup of tea, and then there are those who have developed a taste for the American style coffee made popular by T.V. shows. And for those with a sweet tooth, a cup of creamy and smooth hot chocolate beats it all.

Hot beverages – still a big deal!

Never underestimate the importance of a hot beverage. We currently drink 70 million cups of coffee every day and more than 78 million mugs of tea are consumed everyday across the UK alone. The statistics for hot chocolate or soup may not be this staggering but they still chart in high numbers. With so much scope and demand for hot beverages, it is safe to say a vending machine that churns out endless cups of coffee or tea at the push of a button is a must at all public places and workplaces. Everyone deserves a steaming cup of tea or coffee when they want one and they should not have to run from post to pillar to get one.

Everyone ought to get their favourite drink

Statistics show that many Britons prefer tea over a cup of coffee in any of its fancier more recent variations. So any office who wants to keep its staff happy must have provision for tea made available to its employees at any time during office hours. But this shouldn’t exclude those for whom a cup of tea is not their “cup of tea”. Coffee lovers and those who just love to have a mid-afternoon cup of hot chocolate should not be left in the lurch. It is important that everyone’s needs are met and a variety of hot beverages are on tap.

Basic beverage choices and variations – one vending machine

An efficient vending machine that has a number of beverage options such as basic tea, coffee and hot chocolate is definitely a good start. But wouldn’t it be the icing on the cake to have even more options available to add variety to your routine? Coffee options such as cappuccino, espresso and latte could be readily available, and different types of tea such as herbal, fruit and green would appeal to those who prefer a healthier beverage.

Traditional brewing methods have given way to instant prep drinks from vending machines. This saves time and effort for the consumer while still retaining its original flavour and appeal. In some cases, vending machines can even enhance the average cup of tea or coffee!
